JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN) 18-05-2017 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 3.10.2016 passed in CWJC No.8829 of 2015. It is pointed out that, in the writ petition, inadvertently Khata No.6232 was recorded in place of Khata No.623. The correct Khata number is obvious from Annexure-5 appended with the writ petition which is report of the Anchal Amin addressed to the Circle Officer. Thus, necessary correction in the order dated 3.10.2016 is required.

There is no opposition to the aforesaid prayer. Accordingly, let Khata No.6232 be read as Khata No.623 in the order dated 3.10.2016 passed in CWJC No.8829/2015. The said order stands modified to the aforesaid extent only.

This application stands disposed of.
