Petitioner happens to be the main assailant and report of the Addl. Sessions Judge goes to show that the prosecution has already closed its evidence and trial of the petitioner is likely to be concluded in near future.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and, again, his prayer for bail in connection with Session trial no. 252/2015 arising out of Bettiah Mufassil (Manuapul) P.S. Case no. 157/2015 pending in the court of Addl. Sessions Judge VI, Bettiah, West Champaran stands rejected.
