We

Patna High Court L.P.A No.1155 of 2018 dt.15-04-2019 2/2 make it clear that any observation made by the learned Single Judge shall not influence the decision of the Appellate Authority and the appeal shall be decided within a period of three months from today. In case the appellant is still not satisfied, it will be open to him to approach the appropriate forum for the redressal of his grievance.
