Patna High Court MJC No.2591 of 2023(3) dt.08-08-2025 2/2 Circle-Masharak, Mauza-Sapahi, Thana No.11 District-Saran is concerned, two jamabandies are running in the name of Bhola Singh and Suryadev Singh, hence the Circle Officer is not in a position to remove the alleged encroachment and as far as khesra no.1181 is concerned, no encroachment has been found.

2. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to take fresh steps for redressal of his subsisting grievances by taking recourse to the due process of law. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The petition stands disposed off.
