Petitioner is in custody in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 329 of 2019 for the offence under section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel submits that in the instant case that total 48 liters of illegal country made liquor was seized. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 21.7.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57044 of 2019(2) dt.12-09-2019 2/2 let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 9th Additional Sessions Judge-cum Special Judge, Excise, East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 329 of 2019.
