2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sursand P.S. Case No. 734 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Excise Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 171 liters illicit liquor was recovered from the Tempo of the petitioner.

4. Considering the fact that petitioner is registered owner of the seized Tempo, from which huge quantity of illicit liquor has been recovered, anticipatory bail application of the petitioner is rejected.
