2. This application has been filed for restoration of civil writ petition bearing CWJC No. 8800 of 2021 which stood dismissed on 05.08.2024 for non-compliance of the order dated 15.07.2024.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already complied the order dated 15.07.2024 as mentioned in the paragraph no. 4 of the restoration petition.

4. In view of the above, the prayer for restoration is allowed and CWJC No. 8800 of 2021 is restored to its original file.
