JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-12-2014 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 120B, 323, 379, 504, 147, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the accused persons including the petitioner came at the door of the informant, demanded document of mortgage and gave life threatening to the informant. It is further alleged that Rakesh Kumar snatched Rs. 17,000/- from the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is omnibus and general. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the nature of accusation and the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45512 of 2014 (2) dt.24-12-2014 2/2 being a lady, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hazipur in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 156 of 2010, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

The learned court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner if she defaults for three consecutive occasions.
