It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that a typographical error has occurred in the order dated 7.1.2021, whereby the instant application was disposed of observing that in view of Rule 32(vi) of the Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016 a revision would be maintainable. Instead of the Divisional Commissioner, Patna, the same has been typed as Sub-Divisional officer on page no. 2 of the order. It is further submitted that the revisional authority has been wrongly described in the writ application as Divisional Commissioner, Bhojpur, Ara and the same be read as

Patna High Court CWJC No.18608 of 2019(3) dt.05-02-2021 2/2 Divisional Commissioner, Patna.

Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the correction of the aforesaid typographical error. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, in the order dated 7.2.2021, on page no. 2, instead of "revision would be maintainable before the Sub-Divisional Officer" it shall be read as "revision would be maintainable before the Divisional Commissioner, Patna". Further the description of respondent no. 2 shall instead of "The Divisional Commissioner, Bhojpur Ara" be read as "The Divisional Commissioner, Patna". Remaining part of the order dated 7.1.2021 shall remain unchanged.
