02. 03.11.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State.

The Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Ujiarpur P.S. Case No. 136 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 337, 332, 354, 353, 379, 427 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 Public Property Defacement Act pending before the Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dalsingsarai, Samastipur. Considering the nature of allegations, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioners. The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. The Petitioners are directed to surrender immediately in the Court below.
