JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 14-06-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chandradeep P.S. Case No. 103 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation leveled against the petitioner is that upon buffalo of the informant dashing with the cycle of the victim, the petitioner got agitated and started beating the victim, whereupon the victim became unconscious and then the petitioner is said to have taken money from his pocket and fled away. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he is in custody since 02.11.2016. The injuries are simple in nature and the petitioner does not have criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, let, above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Assistant Sessions Judge-II, Jamui, in connection with Chandradeep P.S.Case No. 103 of 2016.
