2. Petitioner is accused in a case for the offences under Sections 384, 386, 387 of the Penal Code registered in connection with demand and payment of ransom money by the Construction Company for allowing them to continue with the execution of works contract. Petitioner has been implicated in this case in the light of the confessional statement of co-accused.

3. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is in jail custody for more than a year and on the date of occurrence was in jail custody in connection with some other case.

4. In view of the materials collected against the petitioner and others during investigation of the case, duly discussed in the order of the Sessions Judge refusing bail, I am not

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46685 of 2014 (2) dt.03-03-2015 2/2 inclined to release the petitioner on bail.

5. This petition is, accordingly, rejected.
