The Petitioner seeks bail in Patliputra P.S. Case No. 110 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is a Bouncer and has only updated his profile picture on Whats App. The petitioner has committed no offence and is in custody since, 07.04.2017. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two
