2. The petitioners seek bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 304B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the allegation, the informant alleged that the accused persons killed his daughter on account of nonfulfillment of dowry demand.

4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are in custody since 15.03.2023 and have got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. Charge-sheet has been submitted in the present case. The petitioners have falsely been

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63347 of 2023(2) dt.10-10-2023 2/2 implicated in the present case. The petitioner no. 1 is father-inlaw and petitioner no. 2 is mother-in-law of the deceased. Both the petitioners are separate in mess and property with the husband of the deceased. They had no concern with the alleged occurrence. The husband of the deceased is in custody.

5. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below/concerned Court in connection with Chanpatia P.S. Case No. 154 of 2023.
