JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-09-2019 The petitioner is questioning the correctness of preparation of panel for selection of Anganbari Sevika for Anganbari Centre No. 383 situated in ward No. 11 of Mohammadpur Panchayat under Motipur Baruraj Block of Muzaffarpur District. The guidelines have been prescribed for such selection, which also makes provisions for making of objection/appeal before the appropriate authority.
