2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, F.I.R. named accused persons took Rs. 3,80,000/- from the father of the informant for the purpose of selling of land but they did not execute the sale deed.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has not received any money from the father of the informant. He is only alleged to have introduced co-accused Munna Lal Singh to the informant. It is further submitted that the alleged incident took place in the year 2016-17 but F.I.R. has been lodged after delay of five years without any plausible

Considering the nature of accusation, delay in lodging the F.I.R. and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad (Bihar) in connection with Nabinagar P. S. Case No. 216 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
