The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 06 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. He is a man of clean antecedent. Further submission is that only on the confessional statement of co-accused, petitioner has been made accused in the instant case.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
