JUSTICE CHANDRA PRAKASH SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-11-2023 Earlier the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 17.05.2021 passed in Cr. Misc No. 1942 of 2021, but they could not furnish their bail bonds in the prescribed period due to unavoidable circumstances.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to extend the time for furnishing the bail bonds of the petitioners.

3. As prayed by the learned counsel for the petitioners, let the time be further extended for six weeks for furnishing the bail bonds/ surrendering before the court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68636 of 2023(2) dt.10-11-2023 2/2 concerned from the receipt of this order.

4. Accordingly the order dated 17.05.2021 passed in Cr. Misc No. 1942 of 2021 is modified to the aforesaid extent.
