The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhawan Bazar P.S. Case No. 5 of 2017, registered under Sections 379 and 411 of Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of A.C.J.M-X, Saran at Chapra.
The accusation is of committing theft of the motorcycle of the informant by this petitioner and on chase he was apprehended with the stolen motorcycle.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 08.01.2017.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26136 of 2017 (4) dt.05-07-2017 2/2 case and nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner, above named, is rejected.
