2. The learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to make necessary corrections in prayer portion of the bail petition in course of the day.

3. In this case, the petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No. 200 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Section 147, 149, 323, 307, 379, 385, 427 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. As per allegation, the petitioner along with other accused persons armed with lathi, danda, rod and pistol came at the door of the informant and assaulted the informant and his family

It is also alleged that one accused person, namely, Dharmvir Mahto, took away Rs. 10,000/- from pocket of the informant and a gold chain. Accused persons also demanded rangdari of Rs. 50,000/- from the informant and threatened him to kill his family.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. There is case and counter case. He further submits that the injuries are simple in nature and they are under custody since 03.05.2024.

6. On the other hand, learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

7. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioners, above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-IX, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No. 200 of 2024, subject to the following condition that the petitioners shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make themselves available as and when required by the court.
