The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 121, 121A and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-b) and 26 of the Arms Act and 9, 10, 11, 13 of U.A.P. Act. It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that allegation against petitioner is that he was a member of unlawful activity. It is further submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He has falsely been implicated in the present case. He has been made accused on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Ramayan Turi. He is languishing in jail custody since 11.03.2017, Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like
