2. The two petitioners want the respondents to take final decision on the payment of salary.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners has taken this Court to the communication made by the Block Education Officer, Baikunthpur as also the District Education Officer, Gopalganj, addressed to the Director, Primary Education vide letter no. 98 dated 17.02.2014 in support of their case.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that they will be contended if the Director, Primary Education, Bihar Patna takes a decision on their case for which they will be

5. The Director, Primary Education, Bihar, Patna in case the petitioners prefer their separate representation within four weeks from today, shall look into the matter as also the letter issued by the District Education Officer, Gopalganj, as stated above, and shall take decision within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
6. The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
