2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Danapur P.S.Case No. 1065 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The theft was committed from the flat of the informant and the petitioner's face has been captured in the CCTV footage. He was seen leaving the place after committing theft.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 03.07.2023. The petitioner has seven criminal cases pending against the petitioner.

5. Considering the materials available on the record

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74944 of 2023(3) dt.27-02-2024 2/2 and the antecedents of the petitioner , I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present, accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected.

6. The Trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same and if his trial is delayed the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.

7. With the above observation, this application is dismissed.
