JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 27-04-2016 In the present case, the petitioner has moved before this Court earlier vide C.W.J.C. No. 4472 of 2014 and this Court directed for referring the matter to Arbitrator. Accordingly an Arbitrator vide order dated 21.12.2015 in Arbitration Case No. 70 of 2014 rejected the claim of the petitioner.

This Court cannot give its own opinion on merit of this case. The petitioner, if so advised, may challenge the order of the Arbitrator before an appropriate forum.
