Mr.Md.Harun Quareshi, AC to SC-01 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-11-2022 The present writ petition was dismissed earlier by an order dated 17.09.2018 on account of non-prosecution, however, the same was restored subsequently by an order dated 16.09.2022, passed in M.J.C. No. 5198 of 2018.
Today, when the case has been called out, again nobody has bothered to appear before this Court for the petitioner, hence, it appears that the petitioner has actually lost interest in the present case, apart from the fact that the order passed by the Divisional Commissioner, Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur, in Arms License Appeal No. 139 of 2016, which is sought to be challenged, dates back to the year 2016, thus, this Court is left with no option but to dismiss the present writ petition for non-prosecution.
