JUSTICE SHAILENDRA SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-08-2025 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 711 of 2023 dated 06.12.2023 registered for the offences punishable under sections 302 and 201 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
2. Heard Mr. Abhishek Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Akshay Lal Pandit, learned APP appearing for the State and perused the FIR as well as the trial court's order.
3. In the facts and circumstances of this case and mainly petitioner's the pleas that the informant raised only suspicion against the petitioner and others as being involved in killing of his son and later, on account of human legs being found, it was further suspected by the prosecution that the petitioner was involved in the killing of the deceased but there is no direct evidence against the petitioner and in the FIR the

No.59517 of 2025(2) dt.29-08-2025 2/2 informant has not revealed any motive on the part of the petitioner to kill the deceased and also coupled with petitioner's custody period and completion of investigation against him, this Court is inclined to release him on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court concerned in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 711 of 2023.
