2. The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 15.12.2011 passed by Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Daudnagar in Case No.44 of 2011-12.

3. Learned counsel for the State raised preliminary objection and submits that the petitioner has statutory remedy of filing appeal under the Bihar Land Dispute Resolution Act, 2009 (Bihar Act 4 of 2010) before the Divisional Commissioner.

4. In this view of the matter, the present Writ Petition

Patna High Court CWJC No.16872 of 2015(2) dt.29-08-2023 2/2 stands disposed off directing the petitioner to avail the statutory remedy of appeal under the Bihar Land Dispute Resolution Act, 2009 (Bihar Act 4 of 2010).

5. The delay, if any, in filing the appeal is hereby directed to be condoned.
