Having regard to the fact that a decision, with regard to grant of ACP in case of the petitioner, has been taken as per Annexure-A to the show cause reply, this contempt application definitely has now been sought to be made infructuous, but in view of the fact that such order has been complied after at least delay of one and half years, this Court would exonerate the Collector of Nawada District only for the time being if the petitioner is paid the amount to which he has been found entitled under the order dated 23.01.2015 within a period of one month

Patna High Court MJC No.5306 of 2013 (2) dt.03-02-2015 2/2 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by the Collector. It is however made clear that if the payment is not made to the petitioner within a period of one month in the manner, as indicated above the Collector of the District will become personally liable for being proceeded and punished for contempt committed by him.
