The petitioner is accused in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 27 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The accusation is that in course of scuffle, petitioner shot fire through pistol at the back of the informant, who sustained injury.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to hot talk in between the petitioner and the informant occurrence took place, in which, informant sustained simple injury caused by hard and blunt substance but with ulterior motive the informant
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27709 of 2017 (2) dt.12-07-2017 lodged the present case with false allegation of causing injury by the petitioner through firearm. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 26.04.2017.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 27 of 2017. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
