"(i) for direction in the nature of mandamus to command the respondent no.3 to consider the claim of the petitioner and create the new Jamabandi and in the name of petitioner on the basis of receipt of land and further direct to respondent no.3 to cancel the Jamabandi No.11141 which is enroll survey no.1795.
