The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 324, 427, 379 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of assault by the accused persons including the petitioners, due to which, the informant and other family members sustained injuries.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the chargesheet has been submitted under Section 308 of the IPC and it is also submitted that from perusal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71440 of 2021(3) dt.26-09-2022 2/2 of the injury report of injured, it appears that the injuries are simple in nature. Petitioners have clean antecedent. Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Naugachia in connection with Naugachia P.S. Case No. 198 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
