The application seeks restoration of S.A. No. 107 of 2014 which stood dismissed for not complying with the order in full. It is stated that some of the defects were removed within time whereas other defects could not be removed. The reason for part compliance of the order has been explained. It is stated that if the case is restored and time is allowed, the remaining defects
Patna High Court MJC No.4235 of 2014 (4) dt.06-04-2016 2/2 shall be removed/cured.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the application is allowed subject to removal of defects in S.A. No. 107 of 2014 within two weeks and deposit of a cost in the sum of Rs. 250 with the Patna High Court, legal Services Committee including filing receipt thereof within 10 days.
