Petitioner is accused in connection with Goriakothi P.S. Case No. 24 of 2006 registered under Sections 302, 201/34 of the I.P.C.
The prosecution case is that Dilip Kumar Pandit, husband of the informant, had gone to participate in the arrangement of the marriage of daughter of Bare Tiwari @ Shashi Kant Tiwari. On 01.05.2006 in the evening her husband returned in the night but he again went in the Barat to see the Orchestra Party, but he did not return and on the next day, his dead body was seen by the villagers lying in the earth. The informant has also alleged that hot talks were exchanged in between her husband and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50983 of 2015 (3) dt.18-12-2015 2/2 Manoj Singh due to transaction of some money in business and on 01.05.2006, in the morning, Manoj Singh had come to search her husband at her house.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, petitioner and some others have been implicated in this case, as the petitioner and others were present in the marriage of daughter of Bare Tiwari @ Shashi Kant Tiwari. Except suspicion, there is nothing against the petitioner, who has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 31.07.2015. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Siwan in connection with Goriakothi P.S.
