Having regard to the fact that the prayer of regularisation in this writ application of the petitioner, who was engaged as Pump Chowkidar allegedly in the year 1973 and also had completed the age of superannuation some time in 2006 yet before filing of this writ application in 2008, this Court will have no difficulty in holding that this writ application is wholly misconceived specially when the issue of regularisation also now stands settled in view of the judgment of Full Bench of this Court in the case of Ram Sevak Yadav Vs The State of Bihar & Ors. , reported in 2013(1) PLJR 964.
