The petitioner is accused in connection with S. Tr. No. 08 of 2017, arising out of Karandey P.S. Case No. 20 of 2016 registered under Sections 364, 302, 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. but in course of investigation the name of the petitioner has surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Birendra Kumar @ Biru @ Pawua @ Rajesh Kumar, thereafter the dead body of son of the informant was recovered from the river, except that nothing has been collected against the petitioner showing his involvement in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27729 of 2017 (2) dt.12-07-2017 present case. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 04.06.2016. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Sheikhpura, in connection with S. Tr. No. 08 of 2017, arising out of Karandey P.S. Case No. 20 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
