Following relief has been sought for in paragraph 1 of the present application on behalf of the petitioner: "That this is an application for a direction to the respondents to remove the encroachment over the "Pound" the "Anavad Sarva Sadharan" land situated at mauza-Dhevadha Thana No. 37 bearing Khata No. 1604, Plot No. 11142 due to which the general people of village Dhevadha are facing actual difficulty in irrigation and water problem."

The petitioner has filed a representation before the Respondent No. 2 (the District Magistrate, Nawada) for redressal of his grievance. The same is pending till date. The Respondent No. 2 is directed to dispose of the representation filed on behalf of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of

Patna High Court CWJC No.18020 of 2018(2) dt.17-01-2019 2/2 passing of this order.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
