Petitioner is accused in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 93 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 498(A), 504 and 506/34 of the I.P.C. The allegation is of torture and assault to the informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and also they tried to kill her by sprinkling kerosene oil. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner, who happens to be husband, is innocent and has committed no offence. It is also submitted that there is no injury report in the case and petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Kishanganj in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 93 of 2016.
