ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 26-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 23.12.2013 by which the Principal Judge, Family Court, Madhepura, in Misc. (Maintenance) Case No. 115 of 2012 directed maintenance of Rs.2,000/- (Two thousand) to the Opposite Party No. 2. Having gone through the impugned order, I do not find any reason for interference.
The application stands dismissed.
However, the Trial Court is directed to take stringent steps for ensuring compliance of his order.
