Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gaya Kotwali P.S. Case No. 210 of 2016 registered under Sections392 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case on confessional statement of co-accused. Nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide orders dated 08.05.2017, 20.06.2017 and 30.06.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 21456 of 2017, 17414 of 2017 and 22772 of 2017. Petitioner is in custody since 22.11.2016.
