Through the instant writ application, the petitioner has prayed for following relief(s):- "That this is an application in the nature of P.I.L. for issuance of an appropriate writ(s), order(s), direction(s) directing the respondent No. 1 and 2 to consider and debar the Respondent no.3 from

Patna High Court CWJC No.18517 of 2019(3) dt.19-11-2019 2/2 conducting the Common Entrance Test (B.Ed.) Exam 2020 on the ground of its failure and malpractices committed in conducting the said Exam for the year 2018 and 2019.

And/Or For issuance of any other order/direction which may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application reserving liberty to represent before the appropriate authority. Upon receipt of such representation, the concerned authority shall decide the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the same.

Permission is granted.
