====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-01-2021 The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the entire retiral dues of the petitioner has now stood paid, during the pendency of the writ petition.

The learned Senior Counsel for the Bihar State Road Transport Corporation, Sri P.K.Verma, and Sri Rohitab Das (AC to AAG-10), appearing for the State jointly submit that the present writ petition has become infructuous. Having regard to the facts and

Patna High Court CWJC No.16765 of 2018(6) dt.13-01-2021 2/2 circumstances of the case, this Court finds that all the retiral dues of the petitioner has already stood paid.

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is entitled to interest on the delayed payment of the retiral benefits.

If it be so, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the respondents by filing an appropriate representation for payment of interest on the delayed payment of the retiral dues, which shall be disposed of by the competent authority in accordance with law.

The present writ petition stands disposed of.
