2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 325, 427, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354B, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The prosecution case, in short, is that while the informant was sitting at her door, the petitioner along with other co-accused persons came and started abusing and also outraged her modesty. When the son and other person came to her rescue, they were also assaulted, due to which they sustained injury. Other allegation is that they damaged the motorcycle and looted away a box containing gold worth Rs. 30,000/- and cash Rs. 10,000/-.

4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63380 of 2023(2) dt.10-10-2023 2/2 that the petitioner is in custody since 14.06.2023. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. Charge-sheet has been submitted in the present case. General and omnibus allegation has been made. No specific overt act is alleged against the petitioner.

5. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is directed that the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below/court concerned in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 267 of 2023.
