In the present writ petition, the petitioner has raised an objection that his Veneer Mill has been excluded from the list prepared by the High Power Committee. It has been accepted that the matter is sub judice before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. In view of facts and circumstances, the Court is of the opinion that no positive order can be passed. The writ petition stands disposed of.
