The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioners pushed the informant by motorcycle. On protest being made the informant abused, assaulted and rupees five thousand was snatched. The accused persons came to the house of the informant also and abused the father and brother of the informant and gave life threatening.

No.49643 of 2015 (2) dt.05-11-2015 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that for the occurrence of 25.07.2015 the FIR was registered on 27.07.2015 which reached to the court of learned CJM on 29.07.2015 whereas petitioner no. 1 lodged Gaya SC/ST P.S. Case No. 33 of 2015 on 26.07.2015 against the informant. Considering the delayed lodging of the case and the case lodged by the petitioners' side at earlier point of time, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Gaya Kotwali P.S. Case No. 315 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) DKS/- U T
