JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 25-02-2019 On 11.2.2019 noticing the submission made on behalf of the opposite party(Bank), the Court granted time to the petitioner to verify the stand of the Bank and if the stand of the Bank is not disputed by the petitioner, the court has to proceed on the basis of averment made in the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite parties.

Today despite indulgence, no one disputed the stand taken by the Bank.

Considering the aforesaid, the present proceeding stands dropped. However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner if he has any grievance as to the incorrect compliance
