The present petition has been preferred for quashing of the order dated 23.05.2015 passed in Tr. No. 433/2015 (arising out of Sahpur P.S. Case No. 80/15 dated 21.03.2015 under Sections 379 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code) be learned Judicial Magistrate, Ara, whereby cognizance has been taken under Section 427 of the I.P.C.

It seems that the petitioners have lost interest in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51890 of 2015(3) dt.20-03-2023 2/2 matter.

Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed for nonprosecution with liberty to raise all the points before an appropriate Court at an appropriate stage.
