2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S. Case No. 807 of 2023, registered for the offence under sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2022.
3. As per the prosecution case, 100 litres of country made liquor was recovered from the sacks.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The name of the petitioner transpired in this case on the confessional statement of apprehended co-accused namely Ajeet Kumar. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

5. Considering the fact that petitioner has clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed.
6. Let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest /surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court of Special Judge, Excise-1/concern court, Motihari, East Champaran in Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S. Case No. 807 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
