The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 354B, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused including petitioners and three unknown persons abused informant and her daughter and thereafter, it is alleged that accused persons assaulted the daughter of informant on her private part.
It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case due to previous enmity.

Case No. 159 of 2021 lodged against informant and others by brother of petitioner no. 1. It is further submitted that there is delay of 12 days in lodging the F.I.R. Injuries are simple in nature. Injury report does not support the allegation made in the F.I.R. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Munger in connection with Dharhara P.S. Case No. 161 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
