That this is an application praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing and commanding the respondents to forthwith paid the dues to the petitioner admissible Dearness Allowances and other allowances attached with the payscale as well as fixation of his pay scale as per Vith Revised Pay Scale calculation of the dues and making the payment of same

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Chairman, Nagar Panchayat, Chanpatia, West Champaran for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed, within a period of two weeks from today, the Chairman, Nagar Panchayat, Chanpatia, West Champaran shall dispose off the same by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
