2. This is the second attempt for bail of the petitioner in connection with Sidhwaliya P.S. Case No. 335 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8(c)/20(b)(ii)(B) of the NDPS Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, there is recovery of 8.465 Kg of Ganja.
4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 11.11.2023 i.e., for more than 15 months and there is no sufficient progress in the trial.

5. Considering the period of custody and also considering the delay in the trial, this application is allowed.
6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Gopalganj in connection with Sidhwaliya P.S. Case No. 335 of 2023, subject to the condition that the bailors should be the close blood relative of the petitioner.
7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court. Noncompliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.
